Name; Remus John Lupin
Blood Statues; Half-blood
Age; 16
Side; Order of the Pheonix
Born; March 10, 1960
Job; None at the moment.
Wand; 14 inches, birch, unicorn tail
Hair; Remus's hair is an odd feature. Sometimes it finds it convenient to be straight while at other times it sticks up like messy stack of hay. The color changes as well. At most times, Remus's hair seems to be a light brown in color, or what some people may call a dirty blonde. On rare occasions, his hair can appear considerably darker or lighter. Most speculate that this change in color is due to the changes in sunlight amounts. This would mean that lighter hair occurs during summer, and darker hair occurs during winter. Although this is a reasonable claim, the rarity of his hair color changes would most likely dismiss this idea. Besides, his hair color changes do not quite match up with the seasons.
Eyes; Unlike his hair, Remus's eyes are one constant color. They are a bluish gray that together create a metallic sort of color. They usually remain emotionless to people who quickly glance at them, but those who watch them carefully may be able to see small glints of rage, sorrow, or glee. They can be good indicators for when Remus is about to go on a melodramatic rampage.
Height; Remus is very slightly above the average height for a 16-year-old boy. He's a measly 2 inches over the norm, which makes him 6 feet and 1 inch.
Nationality; British
Anything else; With his slender figure, many people underestimate his great strength. Which is alright, since his strength can be attributed to his "furry little problem". His scars and bruises are also from this aforementioned problem, but Remus tries his best to hide them by wearing longer cloaks and long sleeved shirts even during the hotter days. They tend to be rather shabby. His pale complexion is a family trait, though some may expect it to come from his days spent in the library rather than outside. What they don't know is that Remus spends plenty of time outside. Just not during the day.
Family; John Lupin and Marierra Lupin are his parents. Fine folks, but they speak up for what they believe in, even if it is a stupid decision. How else would his father offend Fenrir Greyback?
Pet; Remus is his own pet sometimes. He doesn't need to another one to worry about.
History; Remus was born in 1960 on March 10th. His parents loved him ever so much, and they, though not very rich, still showered adoration on him. Remus did not grow cocky and spoiled, and instead, became rather shy. He didn't have many friends, since he would rather read then play with the other boys his age. He was still a young child when he was bitten by Fenrir Greyback, a fierce werewolf known to place himself in close range of children on full moons. Remus was singled out because of his father's loud comments that soon offended Greyback. Although Greyback usually likes to raise his young victims away from their parents to encourage them to hate normal wizards, this was not the case with Remus. His parents were devastated by the lycanthropy that infected their son. Both of them tried in vain to cure their only son. They didn't even tell Remus that Greyback had bitten them in fear of their son giving up on life just to chase down the werewolf.
Originally, it had been uncertain as to whether Remus would be able to attend Hogwarts due to his affliction. Dumbledore, however, made attendance possible as he put safety measures into place that enabled Remus to transform every month without harming other students. This included the creation of the Shrieking Shack, a boarded up building in Hogsmeade where Remus could make his transformations, and the planting of the Whomping Willow, an aggressive tree which conceals the entrance of a secret passageway leading between Hogwarts and the Shrieking Shack. Remus, meanwhile began to find great friends in James Potter, Sirius Black, and Peter Pettigrew. He hid his secret from them at first, not wanting them to desert them. He couldn't keep it a secret for long. They soon found out and decided to help their friend. Last year, they even became unlicensed animagis. What will happen this year, on the other hand, is unknown.

Overall Personality; Remus is a very intelligent, calm, tolerant, gentle, and good-natured boy with mischievous tendencies. Despite having suffered a great deal of prejudice in his life due to his lycanthropy, he manages to retain an ability to see the good in almost everybody and he is extremely forgiving. He may be this way because he is very reliant on his friends, and he never wants them to leave him. While Remus is loyal and interested in friends, he is not very interested in his love life. He thinks it is more important to focus on his schoolwork and his future job more than girls. He also has an excellent sense of humor that probably let him be known as one of the Marauders. He could be described as the most mature one in the group, however, because unlike his friends, he never partook in bullying and even became a Prefect in his fifth year. Then again, he feels ashamed that he never speaks up for those his friends bully. In short, Remus can be known as a boy that many underestimate because of his mature and quiet nature with a mischievous side he shows to those who are close to him.

Rp sample; From Magic Happens Here playing as Hugo Charles Weasley:
Studying for O.W.L.S. was a task that was surprisingly hard for Hugo Weasley. Though he was smart, Hugo tended to get worked up about random things instead of his schoolwork. Whenever he promised himself that he was going to put aside a time for studying alone and nothing else, he would always become distracted by the stupidest things. For example, while studying in a DADA textbook, Hugo may begin to wonder why the cover is so light and happy for a subject that is thought to be a darker one. Then he will wonder if the author made the cover simply to be ironic, or if it was supposed to be symbolism for seemingly light things being dark. Then he’ll ask himself if the covers of books could be switched, so that this was actually not the cover for DADA textbook at all, which would make a little sense since the title of the book was not on the cover. After this, he would try to figure out if the covers of the books were removable at all. This would take a rather large hunk of time since Hugo would thoroughly check through almost every available book by pulling at the aging bindings. By this point, Hugo would be so lost in his new mission that he wouldn’t even notice that he was wasting his studying time for conducting pointless experiments over irrelevant and useless ideas.
Not this time, though. Hugo was determined not to let himself drift into his comfortable world of nothingness. Well, not nothingness exactly, just nothing that other people would find interest in. Hugo pushed against the large wooden doors that led to the library and was greeted by the familiar smell of books. He found an empty table and shoved his supplies on to the table. Frowning at the small mess he had created, Hugo organized his materials into orderly categories. One for parchment, one for interesting classes (Astronomy, Charms, Potions), one for boring classes (History of Magic, Divination, Care for Magical Creatures), one for every other class, another for his quills and ink pads (he had extras), and one pile for a solitary item; his journal. Hugo knew that he probably shouldn't have brought his journal, for he would probably rush through his work, so he could begin to draw. However, he couldn't bear to come to the library without his journal in hand. It was a part of him, something he couldn't do without. Satisfied that everything was in place, Hugo took out his Astronomy book and began to study.
For about 5 minutes at least. There was something in his eyesight that was beginning to bother him. On one shelf of books, there was an entire row of books that were the same width, the same height, and with the same engraving. In addition to these similarities, they were all green. Except for one. The eighth book down was a bright red that made it stand out like a rose in the middle of a snowy ground. He stared at it for a while as if he expected the book to suddenly turn green to match the other ones. Interesting, right? He had a right to investigate as to why this book was colored differently from all the rest. Hugo, forgetting all about his promise to himself, walked over to the book for an inspection. He traced the design on the book delicately with his finger, unaware of how strange this would look to the other students in the library. Once he was done doing this, he eagerly pulled the book from its place on the shelf and flipped it open. Inside the book were a few pieces of parchment that seemed to be written at least a few years ago. Astonished by his discovery, Hugo sat down by the shelf, abandoning his textbooks. The handwriting on the papers were sloppy, but Hugo was pleased to find that he could make out many of the words. It seemed to be a fictional thing that was written about the book he was holding, but as Hugo read on, he guessed that the books resembled a lonely Hogwarts student. It was a fairytale-like story with simple words and funny pictures. He murmured the words to himself as he repeated the story.
“The Lonely Book. There was once a book that was different from the others. He didn’t belong in his shelf because he was not as brave as his friends. He wanted power, so he joined a bunch of green books, but it didn’t work out. They were too rude and cunning for the poor book…” Hugo stopped suddenly, hearing quiet footsteps near him. He hoped that there was no one listening in on him. They would surely find him mad with all his mutterings about lonely books and such. He shouldn’t have let it bother him. This was his most important thing he had ever uncovered in his expeditions by far! Still, Hugo wasn’t too keen about looking nutty in front of other students. Some people already disliked his airy attitude, and his habit to enjoy things other people found dumb. He didn’t need to fuel the fire.
