History; August Taylor Latona was born on Valentine's Day and since the day she was born, she has been an unusual child. She was born with a metamorphmagi ability and she has shown it since the day she was born. She lived a relatively normal life aside from the fact that she showed magical abilities from a very young age.
Her parents weren't around very often, leaving their children in the care of nannies or each other. August generally managed to scare them off within a week. The longest a nanny ever lasted with them was a month.
Because her parents weren't around very often, August began to retreat to her room and just listen to music. Eventually she taught herself how to play guitar and piano. On those two instruments alone, she has written several songs, but no one knows about them, not even her brothers.
When she was finally sent to Hogwarts, August instantly became good friends with Sirius Black and James Potter. Their bond was weakened when the guys met Peter and Remus, but August can still count on them for almost anything.
She's in her sixth year and Hogwarts and has loved every day she has ever spent there.

Overall Personality; August is a very quiet person unless you know her fairly well because then she's one of the loudest people you'll ever meet. She's very smart but generally doesn't use that to it's full potential annoying both her teachers and parents. She is one of the only people in the world that could give the Marauders a run for their money in the pranking business and when they work together you know the outcome cannot be good. If August has a crush on a boy, it's either a very first grade approach, you know teasing, challenging to races, stuff like that. Or she is painfully shy around him. August is very book-y also, she always either has a book or has her nose stuck in said book. she's constantly owling home for new reading material because the library at Hogwarts doesn't provide muggle literature.

Rp sample; Cal had been laughing incredibly hard as she ran around trying to get away from James. As they chased each other around a tree, she was stopped in her tracks as all the snow from the branch above her was suddenly on her. She gasped from the shock of the cold. Then she grinned. Running full speed at James, she jumped and tackled him, knocking him backwards into the snowbank behind him. Grinning, she said "Do ya give?" Before getting up and grabbing a snowball just in case he didn't. She smiled, they were both soaking wet and they hadn't done much, just had a miniature snowball fight. She looked up at the little flurries that were falling from the sky and stuck her tongue out to try and catch one. Her snowball from earlier had started to melt in her hand, so she dropped it to the ground by her feet. "Oi, James, stop layin' around, I though you wanted to show me something and that can't happen with you just sitting over there on your bum, now can it?" She yelled grinning.
